i believe in japanese (correct me if i’m wrong) the first name goes first, then the last. however in japan its customary to address someone with their last name if not close friends/acquainted very well??

              (example): shouyo hinata. shouyo is hinata’s first name whils’t hinata is his last name. kenma and hinata are on a first name basis.
